Dr Aamir Liaquat Is Back With Aisay Nahi Chalay Ga on BOL News

Somebody who never stops to amaze others is the one and only Dr Aamir Liaquat Husain. After the plenty of time, and much curiosity, when finally he announces the name of his new show via his tweet, nobody was expecting him to come up with a bang. And when the time finally came, "Aisay Nahi Chalay Ga" was already everywhere. Yes, the new show of Dr Aamir Liaquat can be watched daily at 10:30 pm on BOL News.

As far as the first program of ANCG is concerned, the primary focus was revolving around the cowardly acts that are being attempted by India repeatedly. Dr Aamir Liaquat starts his show by mentioning how Arnab Goswami has made himself a laughing stock, the way he poisons people's minds through his show, and still consider himself superior. Dr Aamir further states that how CPEC has become indigestible for India, and Modi should remember all those Kashmiris who have been subjugated by Indian terrorism.

Taking the program forward, he mentions how Nawaz Shareef has shifted Annual Seerat Un Nabi SAW Conference from Islamabad to Lahore while showing himself much busy. Is Nawaz Sharif really not going to Islamabad due to his sickness?
Moreover, Dr Aamir Liaquat highlights how cleverly the story of Nawaz Sharif's visit to Islamabad is removed from Jang while Google shows the blank link.

There are some interesting new segments that have been initiated in the same show such as Bol Awaam Bol, Pakra Gaya, Yeh Cheez, and Phans Gaya (the upcoming one). In the end, Dr Aamir Liaquat highlights how some prominent anchors taking the undue advantage of their credibility by coming up with few things that are either biased, have a hidden agenda, or not well researched.

Watch the show here for more details.

An Open Letter To All Who Chant Pakistan Zindabad

Dear Readers,

I have been closely observing how rigid and forgetful as a nation are we. It has been hardly over a month since 'Sanehai 22 August' and everyone has completely forgotten what happened. I remember 23rd August and the days after the event. From social media to the TV lounge of my own home, everyone chanted Pakistan Zindabad and suddenly for sometime I felt like we had acquired freedom once again. Though I couldn't make out from whom and how have we acquired this freedom, but I felt the rush of patriotism like never before. I feared that our normal day greetings would end with 'Appna Khayal Rakhna Shoaib' 'tum bhi apna khayal rakhna Maira' 'Allah Hafiz... aur haan Pakistan Zindabad'

God. I am not against Pakistan. I love my country and I am patriot myself but where is all the patriotism now? What happened on 22nd August? My focus is not even on the right or wrong, but through this event, the only man I saw suffering was Aamir Liaquat. He was surely torn apart. I couldn't accept anyone who call him a 'fraud' at that time. I remember the months he stood for MQM. I remember how he had recklessly dealt with his already booming career, just for the Muhajir people and the sinking party. He not only became the fresh face of MQM but he also fought for the rights of party and considering his talkshows after he quit, it really felt he did put a lot of effort while trying to bridge gaps.

Dear Aamir Sahib! Kyun Pareshaan Hotay Ho? Don't worry. This nation does not remember what happened on 22nd August, it does not remember a lot of things, like APS attack, Balochistan issues, bomb blasts, kasur rape victims; how do you expect them to remember or encourage your effort and sincerity? How do you expect them to praise you honesty and the time you wasted with people who do not deserve you? They will abuse you because they are not as honest and as pure hearted as you. Things will change in the coming years and I see Mr Aamir somewhere at the top, but somebody tell that man, Dil Na Dukhao, Ye Kisi Ka Kuch Yaad Nahi Rakhtay to Bas Rehne Do...

Yours Truly,

Observer

Don't Tell Me You Aren't Missing Dr Aamir Liaquat's Subh E Pakistan

"Subh e Pakistan ... Subh e Pakistan" if you are missing this rhythm in Sherry's voice, then congrats you are in the list of those people who are missing Subh e Pakistan so badly. Though, there are number of morning shows where you can feast your eyes on, but watching something different is what everybody wants.

You may agree with this that Subh e Pakistan has been the only morning show that has always given its viewers quality of segments. This is actually not Subh e Pakistan which is being missed, it's the screen presence of Dr Aamir Liaquat Husain that people are looking forward to.

These days nobody is talking about TRPs of morning shows, because the competition that was expected from Subh e Pakistan is not here currently. There has been the same content in all the morning shows i.e. marriages, songs, cooking segment, celebrity chat, designers' outfits and desi totkay. So the fact is that you have to get fed up while watching the same content on daily basis.

Morning shows are here to make your mornings better, to give you a good start of your day, to provide you with an interesting content. But unfortunately this all has been disappeared somewhere. Subh e Pakistan has been the only morning show that starts with the recitation of holy Quran, then explanation of the recited verses, national anthem, after that a motivational, positive, and patriotic talk by the one and only Dr Aamir Liaquat Husain, later some prominent guests are invited in the show who usually get flabbergasted by the way they are introduced by Dr Aamir.

The research about the guests that is done by the team of Dr Aamir is worth mentioning here. They try to invite the people from different walks of life, and then the conversation with them is so unusual. I've personally witnessed many shows where legends like Talat Hussain, Qavi Khan, Tariq Aziz and others couldn't stop their tears while talking to Dr Aamir Liaquat. Because he knows how to make someone speak their heart out.

On one hand where he is interviewing people, you will find him busy in cooking as well. This is something you can expect from him only. I remember one of the shows where he called the legend Majid Jahangir, and made him the part of the show as well for the humorous segment. He also introduced Lucky Ali to his best, and now the duo Sherry & Lucky Ali are recognized everywhere. Their melodious voices are also being missed. A short simulation on social issues was also the part once. And how we can forget the astrologer Ms Samia Khan. She never missed any important prediction throughout the shows. The home made remedies by Ms Bilquees and others are also few things that can only be experienced in Subh e Pakistan.

Having said that I believe it's not just a morning show, but a complete package that fulfills the requirements of all kinds of viewers. The space that has been created because of the absence of Dr Aamir Liaquat can't be filled by anybody else. People are eager to watch him on TV again. They have gone off watching news bulletins, talk shows, dramas etc. Though Dr Aamir Liaquat has had really tough to forget experience recently, but people of Pakistan want Dr Aamir Liaquat to take the stage back.

Enough with the politics and all. We need him now to revitalize our patriotism, and voice our concerns in a right and sophisticated manner to those who are having conspiracies against us.
Long Live Pakistan! Pakistan Zindabad!

Get Ready To Watch Bollywood Star Shilpa Rao in Coke Studio Episode 4

Coke Studio chalks up another first for the music industry of Pakistan by featuring Bollywood sensation, Shilpa Rao, in the 4th episode of this Season, set to be aired on all leading television channels on Saturday, September 03.

At the age of 21, Rao gave her first Bollywood hit ‘Tose Naina Lagay’ which was well received by audiences across the subcontinent. She has hits like Khuda Jaane, Subhanallah, Malang, and Meherbaan to her credit as well. Talking about her Coke Studio performance Rao said, “Par Chanaa De is a very beautiful song. It is literally a theatrical saga because the song has emotion, anxiousness, longing to meet your loved one and hope. It’s a folk song and the words are very hard hitting.”

Rao has also performed on Coke Studio India, and talking about her experience with the platform she said, “It’s one place where I think all the musicians are in an environment, and where they have their instruments, space and the freedom to choose anything and convey it to the people in their own style. And that is powerful! I think it’s a great place and we are fortunate enough to be here.”

The Episode will be featuring 4 songs, including ‘Ala Baali’ by Nirmal Roy and Jabbar Abbas, ‘Aaya Laariye’ by Meesha Shafi and Naeem Abbas Rufi, ‘Uddi Ja’ by Mohsin Abbas Haider and ‘Paar Chanaa De’ by Shilpa Rao and Noori.

‘Uddi Ja’, marks the debut of Mohsin Abbas Haider on Coke Studio, playing to the strength of the lyrics penned by himself, and easily settling into the euphoric atmosphere of the music directed by Jaffer Zaidi. In a mesmerizing song, originally composed by Mohsin, his vocals drift on the surface of the melody, whilst the undertones of the Qawwali part conjure layers of emotions that hold on to the listener. Maintaining the soul of the melody, the intimate setting of the music reflects the traditional feel of the instrumentation played at shrines.

‘Ala Baali’ – literally translated from Arabic means ‘you’re on my mind’ – and this track is exactly that: infectious, fun and addictive. A multilingual love anthem, penned by Shakeel Sohail, it captures the sentiments lyrically in Urdu, Arabic and Punjabi. The powerful drive throughout the song rests on an Arabic beat and a Persian rhythm to build a momentum; the track composed by Shiraz Uppal is underlined with energy, featuring plenty of grooves that come together to form the perfect platform for Nirmal and Jabar’s layered vocals, complementing one another naturally.

The third song, with its soulful indie-rock feel, ‘Paar Chanaa De’ is a grand duet of music directors Noori featuring Shilpa Rao. An oral tradition passed on to the brother duo by their grandparents, it’s a song that they have considered as a family treasure since long. In the beginning few chords, the track establishes the earthy soul vibes that transcend in waves laden with a distinct melody and instrumentation. Noori and Shilpa Rao’s vocals, independently encapsulate the listener earnestly, as the soundscape further develops with Noor Zehra’s impeccable groove on the ‘Sagar Veena’. In an exhilarating performance, the track commands your attention ever so gently.

The final song of Episode 4, ‘Aaya Laariye’, is an epic collaboration in an upbeat track, which showcases the dynamic vocal prowess of Meesha Shafi and Naeem Abbas Rufi. A perfectly mixed fusion of funk and rock that begins as a seemingly subdued ballad, it swiftly dissolves into a catchy tune comprising a traditional feel of a wedding song, dotted with slight experiments in a signature Coke Studio style. The recognizable vocals of the duo merge with lush harmonies and kicking drumbeats, as the house band adds an added punch to a song that radiates oomph throughout the duration of the track.

Following on the momentum built up by the first 3 episodes, Episode 4 takes Season 9 of Coke Studio to an even higher level of excitement, creating great anticipation for the further episodes to come.
